A: We offer a Student Discount of 35% off the short coats (email: sales@criticalcouture.com with your name, school, program and expected graduation date – we will email a Student Discount CODE).

Q: Which shipping company do you use?

A: We ship all orders via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request (email: sales@criticalcouture.com).

Q: How much are the coats?

A: The Long coats start at $95.00 and the short coats start at $60.00. Checkout our Facebook and student discounts.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Orders from within the state of California are subject to an 7.75% CA sales tax.

Q: Which payment methods does Critical Couture accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and forms of payments processed through PayPal. All payment information is confidential and processed through PayPal payment systems. You need not have a PayPal account, they just serve as a secure processor for our sales. They notify us once the sale is final, but do not reveal ANY payment credit card information.

Q: How long will it take to get my coat?

A: Orders ship within 5 business days and are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Orders with embroidery take an additional 3-5 days.

Q: Do You offer embroidery?

A: Yes. please enter the 1-2 lines of text, fonts selected, and colors at the time of ordering. The line costs are noted when you order. If you have any questions email us so we can match the need to your order (email: sales@criticalcouture.com).

Q: I need a special logo embroidered on my coat, can Critical Couture do this?

A: Yes, please email us with your specific embroidery needs and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

Q: I ordered the wrong size coat, can I exchange it?

A: Yes, non-embroidered coats can be returned or exchanged. Please email us for assistance if you are uncertain of a size fit. Otherwise, we suggest you order your coat without embroidery. All embroidered coat sales are final.

Q: Do you have a guarantee policy?

A: Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can exchange or return non-embroidered coats. Please review the Terms of Service (click on tab at the bottom of the page).
